had another awesome day on the trails and a couple of Skyline 50K course PRs!!: Most time spent on the Skyline 50K course: 7+ hours! Most bee stings: 2! Definitely not recovered from Western States yet, but I had a really nice day out there with cool runners and volunteers. No injuries to keep me from getting back into shape, so I just have to be patient. And congrats to Excelsior. Epic showdown with my Quicksilver team today up front. Excelsior and Quicksilver definitely dominated the race, with them getting a slight edge. I am just pleased that everybody ran so dang well. Amazing running!
