This meant that there was no polarising between the facilitators being sorted and the participants being messed up. As a result I felt able to bring both my giftedness and my woundedness... I felt like many aspects of myself were seen and validated - not just the painful stuff. I also loved the level of flow over the weekend... the programme flowed with what we needed rather than a rigid schedule. And I laughed a lot - I had fun!
