That mound of snow that one was to lazy to clear off can easily slide off in one big chunk as the vehicle warms up creating a thin water layer between the snow and roof. When it slides off and comes at the person driving behind, they can swerve and end up in a head on.... Bang! Just like that a couple people could be killed while the lazy one drives away!
