Description 17 year old Tommy Kelly from Phoenix, OR .disappeared on January 26, 1999 .A year in a half later, Tommys’ body was recovered in a 20 x 30blackberry bushes. We his family, were at a loss of what to do. In his honor his sister Dannielle Trotter& his parents Tom & Vicki Kelly created the TommyFoundation.
