i always find it interesting when there is an election around remembrance day...everyone wearing poppies, all the updates and posts on facebook and twitter, all of which are good of course, and it seems that almost everyone is behind it. but then i wonder why is it that voter turnout is only 30 to 40 %? If 100% of people are honouring our vets, and what they fought for...then why do 60 to 70% of them not vote? isnt your right to vote what they fought for? I would think that if you really want to stand with them then get yourself to the voting stations and cast your vote. is it too cold out? Is it too far to go? Im sure it was pretty f&^#^&n cold in that foxhole so far away from home. Im just sayin.
