i was just reading an article about Shakira. she was saying that her man, soccer-player Gerard Pique, doesnt let her do music videos with men anymore. *frowning*! now, if im in a relationship, i dont look at it as letting or not letting my woman do this or that. shes a grown woman & can do whatever the hell she wants....she just better not act all surprised after i dropped her ass for doing some shit which she shouldve known would be considered crossing the line. the way i see it, a truly mature & committed partner would automatically know and be ready to respect the boundaries between the single lifestyle & the committed lifestyle and wouldnt have to worry about seeking approval from his/her partner.
