i was nominated to do the ALS ice bucket challenge by Amber Haney. i have made my donation and completed the challenge. i hereby nominate Trint Benefield, John Fleming, Mars Scaggs, and Ethan Taylor Johnson. this challenge is meant to raise awareness for als, also known as lou gehrigs disease. the symptoms of getting ice cold water dumped on you are similar to the symptoms of this disease. shaking, impaired ability to speak, etc.... so this is a great way to put it in perspective for people. please remember that doing the challenge is not meant to exempt one from donating, so please do so if you can.
