if ascendant lord is in the 12th house along with 4th lord being in the 9th or 12th house, success will only come when you go to foreign lands or if you move at least 2,000 miles away from your birth place. This is the 8th time just this year Ive seen people who moved to foreign lands in their mid 20s, 30s and suddenly started making 10 x more money than what they were making at their birth place, and its not just India, but from Germany, UK, UAE, India, Pakistan, China... but destiny has to support your cause. The timing through dasha must appear at the right time where you can move, moving at the age of 60 will not be so potent than 20s or 30s.
