Ah, (y/n), youve finally woken up, he chuckled, poking your cheek softly. B-Baekhyun...? you muttered. Your eyes widened and you sat up as you realised your classmate was sitting beside you. What are you doing here? How did you get in? you shot him multiple questions at once, covering your face with your pillow. Your face was slowly but surely burning up. Baekhyun pouted slightly and gently pushed the pillow away from your face. You didnt come to school today. I got worried, he replied softly, holding up his left hand to your forehead. You feeling better? he questioned. You nodded your head and sniffled. My fever has gone down. This is probably the most embarrassing day of my life, you thought, your cheeks a ruby red. You had been harbouring a crush for Baekhyun for as long as you could remember, and at that very moment, he was in your room. Although you felt embarrassed to know that he had seen your mouth wide open while you slept, deep inside your heart was practically exploding with joy. Get well soon! he chirped, holding out a bouquet of lilacs and lavender. Upon seeing the flowers, you gasped inwardly and gingerly reached out to receive his gift. Theyre beautiful. T-Thank you, Baekhyun. He opened his mouth to reply but was cut off by the sound of the door opening. Honey, take your medicine now! Your mother waltzed into your room with bottles in her hands. I see you and your boyfriend are having a great time chatting, she chuckled, How adorable! Why didnt you tell me this charming boy was yours? You stared at your mother with your jaw hanging while Baekhyun calmly smiled at her. BOYFRIEND? you screeched, glancing at Baekhyun in confusion. He grinned at you as he explained, I kinda told your mum that I was your... you know. He shrugged like it was none of his business. But youre not my- you retorted, but stopped immediately when you felt his lips against your cheek. Your heart was pounding faster, and your cheeks blushed an even brighter red. (y/n)-ah, I like you. No, Ive fallen in love with you. I want to be with you, to care for and support you. Will you be my girlfriend? he confessed, cutely tilting his head. You... I- you stuttered, entirely speechless.
