inbox - Hi nbr I have 5 kids 2 r under 1. Ive always had two bins as I got told if you have 5 or more people in a house you can have one big bin and one small bin. I moved house two weeks ago and there is only one bin. So I rang the council to apply for a second bin. They sent me a letter saying they will monitor my rubbish over next 11 weeks and then if Im successful I can pay £25 to borrow a bin for 2 years, how do they monitor ur rubbish? Do they look inside the bins to see jets u throw away? What do I do with the extra bags of nappies? Do I put then out next to the bin? I know they wont take extra bags here nor if the lid wont close, I dont no what to do for the next 11 weeks as Ill be up to my eyes in dirty nappies and left over food ect . My friend said take the bin from the old house (as not moved far) will I get in trouble if I do? Thanks x Lois x
