Location: CP, New Delhi Job Description Will be responsible to take care of Internal IT system as Internal IT Support Sr. Desktop Engineer. Managing user & Group and their right through AD/Domain Management. Managing Experience on wireless routers and Cyberoam Firewall /QNAP NAS. Managing Internal IT user Environment as per ITSM/ITIL framework with IT 360 Service Desk Tool. Managing internal IT Operation for all Desktop & laptop support issues. Internal IT- Asset management. Candidate Requirements: Primary Skills: Should be good enough in English Communication and soft spoken as He need to take care of Internal IT User. Should have working experience on DNS, DHCP, OUTLOOK EXPRESS Restoring, Backup, Networking and Sharing File & Folder. Configure Remote Desktop, User Administrator Permission. Managing Remote Access Services. Should have knowledge to work on iMAC /Linux end user environment. Mail Application Configuration experience. Hardware ( Desktop and laptop of Different Make and Model) Installation Experience of OS Software ( Win 7 , 8 , XP ) Office ( 2007, 2010,2013) Knowledge of Other Office Application used in Developer Environment. Managed user accounts, groups, print queues and controlling access rights using Active Directory. Should know to configure and manage IIS, AD, and Domain Management. Antivirus Server Services. Printer Services and other related issues. Knowledge on setting up the Backup and Restore Configuration and process in window end user Environment. Able to handle Major Incident effectively and able to monitoring too and check performance of server proactively. Install hardware, software, patches, bug fix and harden system security Configuration basic TCP/IP Setting in static and DHCP Environment.
