I hope you will accept this method of correspondence at this point. If you have a legal representative in this matter please let me have their contact details. In order to effect full and proper service of the court documents please send to me as soon as possible the FULL version of the claim as lodged and sealed with the court office. I am sure you will appreciate I need to see the valid claim and cannot rely on previous unsealed version of the papers. Until I receive the full papers I cannot accept that proper service has been effected. Bryan Smith Litigation Manager Tel 03000 269717 antonia macleod 18:25 To: Bryan Smith - Litigation Manager (Res) antonia_evans@hotmail Dear Mr Smith, My name as stated in ALL correspondence is Mrs Macleod not Ms Evans All bundle documents in hard copy for the claim were passed to a legal representative Ms Clayton in person with a written acknowledgement received from your local authority at the date of receipt furthermore Ms Clayton stated she solely wanted the issued document front page emailed and NOT in hard copy so i followed her instruction and did so. You have been in receipt of the FULL bundle of documents for a prolonged period well before the matter was issued (to allow out of court handling of the matter which you failed to do) if legal representation in YOUR local authority have failed to hand you aforementioned documents that is an issue for your handling NOT mine No alterations have been made to any documents what so ever since the time of your local authority receiving them to the current date with the exception of the addition of the issued first page of the claim application furthermore the other defendants having been served in the exact same way nor the court being in receipt of a proof of service document have raised objection to the handling of this matter i am a more than reasonable person however and understanding the incompetence within your local authority am willing to offer my availability between the hours of 2-3pm tomorrow for a representative to collect me from my home address and return me back again following you having an opportunity for your office to duplicate my copy of the bundle documents as given i am a LIP and will continue to be so throughout all these proceedings i am unwilling to fund further copying expenses due to the incompetence of one of the defendants of loosing aforementioned important court documents when my funds are limited in accordance with Re R EWCA CIV 597 then local authorities then will have to expect to assist alternatively my traveling expenses along with loss of earnings for the 1 hour attendance and 1 hour total traveling time can be paid directly in cash to me at the time of arrival for the sum of £200 if you wish for me to make my own way to your offices Please note this time delaying tactic and charade will not desist from matters being lodged for a full hearing when the 21 day period from the 8th of July has elapsed regardless the other defendants were served in the exact same way as yourself and have acknowledged proper service given by your own admittance you have had receipt of the issued document since the 10/7/14 and are only now finally declaring an interest in matters i find this further still an acknowledgement of your delaying tactics and lack of competent handling in matters Should your local authorities incompetence require myself being produced for the duplication of the bundle tomorrow please ensure i am notified prior to 12pm tomorrow Kind Regards Mrs Macleod FA Associates & Co Mitigation Adviser & Advocate 07580445175
