just realized that there are 4 tunes that i kept in my memory for 20++ years (holy shit i cant be THAT OLD!) after having heard them only once or a few times back then. the first one i found fastest was the medieval saltarello (the one dead can dance play), the second one was one russian rock band from 80s unknown for most of the world, the third one i heard by chance yesterday when i was browsing random channels on youtube - it was from the turkish tv series that was broadcasted on the russian tv somewhere between late 1980s and early 1990s (i just checked it had 7 series, so i hardly heard the tune more than 7 times, and never heard it afterwards - but surprisingly, i remember the tune perfectly) - and the fourth tune was from some unknown to me melodic heavy metal band, i never heard it since at least 1993. i heard it on radio in early 1990s, quickly recorded the second half of it on a tape and that was it..:/ i still remember that tune, and still have no idea what band/song it was, obviously, not the most well-known.. who knows, maybe some day ill find it too :) anyways, here is that tune that i had mysteriously remembered for around 25 years.. i have no idea about the story of those tv series, i just know its a sweet love story. but the tune i remembered exactly as it is here. quite amazing - after so many years, i was pretty sure i might have changed it. i even played it on my irish whistle which i got from my belgian friend in 2006.... well, here it is. i had a really weird feeling when i heard it, something between joy and disappointment.. like its not mine anymore :)
