just to add The BBC has tried explaining that the communications act 2003 makes it a legal requirement to pay television license fees, however, my question was, which LAW states i have to pay tv license fees. An act is NOT a law, an act can only be actioned upon if the citizen agrees to be subjected to its original intention (i do not) therefore to the best of my knowledge as the BBC have failed to tell me otherwise, there is NO UK LAW which requires me to pay tv license fees. AN ACT IS NOT A LAW, THUS THERE IS NO MURDER ACT, THERE IS NO RAPE ACT, ONLY MURDER LAWS AND RAPE LAWS. From this day fourth i will proceed to cancel my direct debit to TV License and until i see evidence that a LAW exists telling me otherwise, then i shall not pay another penny,
