just want to say what a brilliant power-lifting competition i had yesterday, firstly i managed to get down to a lower weight category 63kg instead of being in the 72kg category. But the things i had to go through to get there i do not want to repeat too often, and secondly because i did i was able to go for the regional record for the dead-lift and smash it, got all lifts 9 out of 9. and secondly this year has been amazing not only that i got the regional record for that weight and age category for the dead lift i managed to qualify for the womens classic in the september which was an amazing experience but also qualify for the masters next year in march i think it takes place. I could not have done this without my two coaches Marc and Sue who has done a great job and will keep me on my toes and train me hard and also all the club members i train with and who supports me in training and at competitions thankyou everyone. and well done to everyone who was at the competition yesterday we all done brilliantly. Lastly to say to marc hopefully my squats will become amazing now I know which my elbows need to go (haha)
