kia ora te whanau! The reunion is sooooooooo much fun we just had sculpture comps some call them sand castle it was serious as they had shovels....get that! then it was build a boat and float it in the opepe stream.... so we are split up into 4 groups Pitara rewita and apanui and MOKOMOKO. There are so maaaany cheats... stacking his touch team oh well... cousin Pita been eeling feeding the whanau and sleeping in the marae.......nice to see kipa and missy and llyod beautiful josephine and jamielee pawhata and floyd ,cousin Marama and mandy and there cute moko and children......and our whanau who came from near and far.... tongiht around 830pm we had a opape got talent,,,first up was pitara little ashley grant sang she got a sweet voice then puhuka danced and every one joined in........ next was rewita and their dance to blurred lines with uncle heteraka dancing with a walking stick and the bestest MOKOMOKO had a karanga by Levijay hearty girl then uncle kiwi did a wero with aunty lee crutch for her pakaruru waewae boooooom then our song played ALL THE SINGLE LADIES BY BEYONCE we shook our booties and danced the night away...... so of course the winners were MOKOMOKO OH YEP and apanui did a beat on the table i thoughtt they should of come 2 but the didnt we have soooo much talent and we reeeeaaaaalllllyyyyy neeed to have this again 2moro we are going to the beach fishing and ranga kai then up to the urupa clean up next its practice items for more talented whanau.
