l cannot understand how it is that householders who have taken up the offer of free insulation for loft/cavity walls are now having to have it removed at their expense owing to various issues now showing up which has dire consequences on their properties, ie wall ties, damp walls, lofts etc., the removal of this insulation is costing householders thousands, but l have never seen any mention of this to warn potential customers of this free offer - if you havent taken it up, dont without getting a professional opinion, l feel people should be aware of the problems
