last night was my first day off training at my job and i got a call from a little old lady.(i work at a call center) her and her husband were shopping for their newest granddaughter. We were on the phone for a HALF HOUR deciding on which infant outfit we liked best. I could hear her husband in the back ground Woman wheres my dinner! Youre still on the phone? Are you using my card? and on and on bickering at each other. Once i placed the order for her. she asked to talk to my supervisor. i asked her why and she replied.. Because i love zulily and you guys are so nice to me . Ive been in and out of the hospital with breast cancer for 7 years now making it hard for me to go out and shop. zulily has been there and made it easy. You sat here almost an hour helping a little old lady shopping and i want your higher ups to know how wonderful you treated me. she was the nicest and funniest person i have ever talked to! it was a good first day of work.
