I am praising God for my job working for the city of Carl Junction in the public works department. I come home very sore every day but satisfied.I take care of the parks- weed-eating, mowing, raking, and other such stuff. Using a lot of muscles I am not used to! But I am so grateful for me job. I also have been editing documents still for a translator in Latvia, who has given me a lot of work lately too, and she has deposited the money directly into Dace account in Latvia, which is also a real blessing. God continues to provide means for us. He is the source of all these things, I know. Here are some things you can pray for us, if you would like.Dace is still very stressed being away from me, though this is a difficult time for both of us, I think it is harder on her emotionally. Please pray for her to have peace and comfort. Pray for me to be a good example at work, and also with the many Arabs I have been meeting lately at starbucks when I check my email, and playing soccer. This seems a miraculous door God is opening to me at this time. Pray for Daces safety. I am hoping to buy her a ticket back to the USA as soon as I can. I feel we need to be together. We have not gotten full clarity on Visa things, but just try to take one day at a time. God is connecting Dace with people in Latvia who she is ministering to, both family and friends. And God is connecting me with a church here in Joplin in a significant way, though I dont know how long I will be here. Its an interesting time, where we are just trying to be faithful with what God has put right in front of us. There are moments of tremendous trial, but also of joy, but through it all, the love of God is working in us. Thank you everyone.
