legal battle looms on, as secretary general of the splm seeks to challenge the constitutionality of the decree passed by the president earlier last month prohibiting him from traveling abroad and addressing the press. There are already 17 lawyers who have sought to depend the secretary general. If you are a lawyer who truly believed in justice, human rights,rule of law and democracy, in this country, then you are duty bound to stand up and be counted for to save the fundamental human rights and freedoms enshrined in our transitional constitution.
