Simon You are facing a case that has a historical impact on the enlightened medical community. I shudder at how the FDA has hand picked and targeted a few companies that are leaders in health technology that not just does not harm any one but promotes improvement in ones health. Instead, the FDA, historically, has supported pharmaceutical companies whose products, according to the AMA, cause over 100,000 deaths with prescriptions that have countless side effects, and injure millions more who live on those medications. Instead, the FDA, comes after companies that attempt to bring nature back to the American health consumers, like myself, that have, as result, enjoyed remarkable health. I look at history, and the barbarism of totalitarian, dictatorial regimes through out the 3000 years or recorded history. I look at the continuous barbarism and misery that these entities have inflicted on man kind because of the exact same mindsets of our disgraceful FDA. The FDA has been vicious in its attempts to hinder the scientific research efforts of those who dont adhere to their restricted formulas. The FDA has been in bed with far too many pharmaceutical entities, and while there has been some improvement in their operations, allowing some measures of health freedom, they still attempt to be brutes against natural doctors who had remarkable successes in healing and bettering patients. They don’t want to allow us the freedom to doctors that have learned to open their minds to the many other ways that healing and recovery can take place. The FDA instead, chooses to harm mankind and deny the people the right to choose how they want to live. This goes against the fundamental of our constitution. I am 64 years old and I am very healthy because I chose to use natural approaches to my health. I can run like a child, and I can bend and lift heavy items. I have no pain. All thanks to discovering at age 27, that natural living is better for me. I used products similar to the ones manufactured by MAXAM. I purchased from enlightened companies that use homeopathy, herbs and new scientific findings leading the the technologies being discovered that the FDA is attempting to deny.
