As we keep our spiritual eyes set on Him we walk in victory in Jesus. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1Jn. 5:4). Peter walked on water as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus. But when he took his eyes off Jesus and started looking at the waves he began to sink (Matt. 14: 26-31). Looking at adversity causes us to have fear instead of faith. Fear leads to defeat. Faith is victory! Keep your eyes on Jesus.
