love this new piece by Jill Filipovic . The Ruth in the video is the original plump grandma who sued over the states first buffer zone law in 2000, but oddly enough once they chose sue again, they picked new plaintiffs. Watching the video you can make a guess as to why...which goes to show how carefully lawyers select who they want to be the faces of their cases when they think they are going all the way to the big court.
