How do you get the world to recognize who he is and what he has for those who believe him ... Its us... They have to see him in us ..,the way we live ... The way we love ... The way we forgive ... I certainly fail... The lost world May be under the false pretense that we (born again believers) are perfect so they think They cant get there ... We arent perfect by any means ... And when we falter ...you can see the devastation and turmoil in our hearts when We do ... We do sin ... We May even enjoy it for a moment but I dont think We can live sin and be happy ... God is in your heart if youve accepted him and He will prod you when you are living in disobedience ... Sin can be fun .. But the repercussions of it can last forever and harm those you dont even know are watching or affected by it ... Something we think is so small and insignificant can be used by Satan to totally ruin anothers desire for God... People get stuck on well if its Gods will itll happen regardless... His desire is for all to come to accept him but all will not .. He knows that .. Id presume he knows who wont accept him but we dont know who ... So we are to be examples .. Godly examples ... To everyone... Those we dont even like ... Chances are if we dont like them others dont either and we May be the only Jesus they ever see .. Are they seeing him? Even as they tear us down ? Are we still showing his love? We tear him down and he still loves us ... Doesnt mean let folks walk all over us but ... ..anyhow back to his will .. We sometimes think it doesnt matter what we do cuz his will is going to be done ... Thing is sometimes folks arent listening to him .. Dont even know him and if they catch a glimpse of him thru our lives they get to know him .. Maybe that keeps them from experiencing some consequences of sin .. He doesnt play us like chess pieces .. We have the absolute free will to accept him or reject him ... There are only two choices .. We are either his or Satans ... You know in,your heart who you serve ... People know by our actions who we serve .. I used to be all like not wanting to be responsible for others and what they saw in me .. Go get your own pathway people Im not your example .. And true Jesus is the ultimate example ... The only one without sin but they gotta wanna see him and seek him and the way we live sometimes sure doesnt make that life and relationship look desirable .. Ok Ima climb down from the post office steps and get ready for work :) .. Post ofc steps refers to a precious lady that used to preach loudly from her bible oft the Conway post office steps .. Slightly radical to most of us and a turn off to some but she mustve had such a love for God and desire for people to have that precious relationship that she felt led to do that ... I think usually our lives and our gentle love of others will show people and he can draw them to him thru us. Yall have a great day :)
