my heart is mush from chats with my 2014 challengers. all of our hearts are moving in the same direction when it comes to health and fitness for 2015. the Banner over us? Love and Calm. that our journeys in health for 2015 wouldnt be stress ridden or self hate filled. not motivated by i hate my thighs or my chin is hideous. but rather a journey enjoyed. danced through. peaceful. celebrated and true. to last. not bring quick change then fade under the pressure of the self hate that never exited. oh to go to sleep dreaming of ways to smother my beautiful ladies in love next year. that we would learn to LOOOOVE on ourselves through health. what an idea.
