nursesgadget.co.uk A care assistant, staff nurse and a charge nurse was taking their lunch break in the staff room. In walks a lady dressed in silk and wearing large stoned jewelry. I am Gina the great I am so pleased with the way you taken care of my aunt, I will now grant you each a wish. with the wave of her hand and puff of smoke the room was filled with flowers, fruits and chocolates, proving to the staff that she had the power to grant their wishes. Speaking up the care assistant wished first I wish I was on tropical island beach with a single men feeding me fruit and tending to my every needs. With a puff of smoke the care assistant was gone. The staff nurse went next I wish I was rich and retired and spending my days in my own warm cabin at a ski resort with well groomed men feeding me cocoa and doughnuts. With the puff of smoke the staff nurse was gone also. Now what is the last wish? asked the lady. The charge nurse said I want those two back on the floor at the end of their lunch break!!!
