okay, so i have a 1998 honda civic with 181,000 miles on it. some dude on craigslist is selling a 1995 honda civic thats been in storage for years with only 47,000 original miles on it. the body/interior photos looks good. he says it has new tires and all the fluids were changed but due to sitting garaged for years, it will need a new timing belt. my awesome mobile mechanic can do the timing belt for $500 or so. i love these cars (excellent hatchback storage, 35mpg, etc)..... the blue book value says $2400. the seller originally asked for $4200 on craigslist and he told me over the phone bottom line $3500 cash because its like new. your thoughts?
