opinion a person who is fully aware that they have a communicable disease and doesnt act by taking the necessary precautions or steps to prevent the transmission and spread to people who are unaware should count as substantial proof that the person was intentionally reckless, and used gross negligence. a person fully aware that they have a communicable disease, (for example riding in public transportation) who indiscriminately coughs without a face mask on or doesnt at the very least attempt to cover with a handkerchief or napkin is a douche and should be charged criminally and civilly. how would you feel if there was a kid coming home from school, or a friend on his way to work, or you sitting or standing right beside that asshat. i am not saying that all infected are grade A asshats nor am i unsympathetic to their plight. but they being fully aware of the pain and distress of having such a disease should have the responsibility to take necessary steps to prevent the same situation from happening to others.
