serious note No 1: talking to a number of people whithin my community, it appears that a certain social worker, wife and a minority of other people have been trying to take the piss out of me due to percieved disability, trying to "gaslight" that i am not normal ect. o.k having trained in psychology i can handle that, who is normal, not me i admit, but the worrying thing is that they may also do the same thing to somebody less prepared, in te case of a person with mental aelth health problems only making those problems worse. so if you feel that somebody with a disability is being picked on then please either defend them or report it as has happened in my case, i only learned about my situation from local community support police officers and members of the community. i do not normally get serious but i feel a need to defend people with mental and physical disabilities. every body has a right to be regarded with respect.
