so i go to the st. louis vpc today to pick up my car, sorry they wouldnt let me out of their sight, and as soon as i see my car there is this. so i show the people and they agree that there is damage, one of those people has a copy of the inspection that was done when i turned my pov in, this guy looks at me and then at the paper and tells me that that spot had two cracks marked down i looked at him with the are you retarded face and informed him that this is more than cracked its a freaking hole (language cleaned up here for the children). later in the claims office IAL wants to give me $585 for the repair, i quickly decline and let them know that my insurance company will be in touch.
