so lets see. If I do not participate in "Obamacarer" then I must pay a penalty when I file my taxes. Hmmmm, WTF does the IRS have to do with this "policy"? and who the F tells me that I must take part in this crap. Delawareans will be paying up to 29% MORE than than current plans in force. This appears to be a tax and an additional way to collect more from the middle and lower classes. Ever been to an emergency room lately? Last time I was there, 15 0f the 18 people there were either high, illegal immigrants, or just hanging out. So basically what the government is saying is that we working people, military, and legal citizens get to provide health care for these folks who drive up medical costs because they do not pay for their health care . Something wrong with this picture
