son I am sending this is really disappointing and depressive, when we thought of buying a Samsung refrigerator we were expecting a brilliant quality and customer care. We bought the refrigerator earlier last year since we were newly married we called the technician to install it once we moved in, it was in October 2013 and what we found is a total breakdown in it, Samsungs technician said it has a manufacturing defect!!!! It doesnt cool by all means. Basically it doesnt work. The most reasonable and convenient solution for that should have been an IMMEDIATE EXCHANGE with no negotiations, but instead Samsung totally ignored and messed up and kept negotiating for a couple of weeks, all they did was sending someone to fix a defect that will always resist, the fridge was taken for 1 week for maintenance and then delivered, and after less than 2 months the same defect and disaster appeared again, it seems that its unfix-able and unsolvable. The previous solution Samsung thought of was shameful and not practical at all, trying to fix a manufacturing defect. In addition to that we were treated with full ignorance, disrespect and humiliating way from Samsung customer service. I totally regret buying any of Samsung products. The Customer Care is the worst ever. Samsung is ruining its image and reputation without any trails for enhancement. This is really unacceptable , solving a problem by doing a disaster. A driver took the fridge yesterday and replaced by a USED OLD FRIDGE it is a piece of garbage literally. And it smells stinky. The person you sent is just a messenger, couldnt answer any of our questions of how long will fixing the fridge take? are you going to replace our corrupted one with a new fridge? Then I called the customer care to get some answers; asking the same questions they couldnt answer, then asking customer care to convert our call to someone expert ho can answer our simple questions. They sorry we cant... Then what can you do? Only annoying your clients, how smart. Customer care gladly said that we complained 20 TIMES!!! Does this even make sense?? keeping your client for 5 MONTHS with the customer care stupid calls without escalating the complaint to the responsible department or a manager who could solve this. No one even thought of calling the client and to solve this HUGE problem and apologize of this weird ignorant attitude. I wonder how glad and satisfied you are by this UNPROFESSIONAL SHAMEFUL way of work. WELL DONE REMOVE THE POSTS
