the new tim Horton on st margarets bay road mush have a new rule that if they get your order wrong you should just shut your mounth and take it and leave.cause we have been getting wrong order s for the passe two weeks. so of course we take it back who wouldnt .i want what i pay for .so yesterday it happened again i did not order a med coffee i ordered a large coffee .so lady stands in the window and argues with me over the size .well i got my large and off we went .later we go back only to get the wrong coffee again so we said its not right we dont drink milk in coffee we take cream .well wat a fight with that girl at the window.so we drove away and then decided no this is not right we what the coffee we order so i go in only to have the same girl meet me at the counter and say to me what is your problem now .i said could you please make me a new coffee with 3 cream and 2 sugar she passes the coffee back to me and said i will not make you a new coffee i am tired of you guys coming in her and complaining well i never heard the like so the owner comes out and ask to speak to me in private she says i dont appetite you being rude to my staff . woo hold on a min here .your staff was rude first and if your staff would make the orders right the first time we would not have to go back .a lot more was said but too much to put on here but i will say this never in all my days as a employee or a customer of going to tim Hortons have i ever been so disrespected and made fill so stupid in all my life arguing with us that we dont know the difference between milk and cream in a coffee .i am so disgusted in the way we we treated at that store dont know if i will ever go to tim hortons again .and i love my timms tea and my family loves their coffee .but if thats the way they want to treat there customers .then they wont get my money .and the word is being passed on .so sick of the way these places treat their customers.i did write h a letter to head office and waiting for some one to call me back to speak over the phone .never new you could do that but i guess you can .so discussed in the whole thing .if any one else as any thing to add to this go ahead cause a copy of it well be going to head office along with wat i already sent.thanks for the time.and that is social media for you
