there are so many wonderful people to thank for last night and for every moment leading up to last night. weve been around a while, and to finally have a record of which we are proud - yes, very proud - is a huge accomplishment, and we couldnt have done with without the support of wonderful friends and business-minded people, alike. the audience was huge, the sound was thunderous, and if only for a few moments, we felt like kings. thank you Kimberley Rizk for being a part of us for a while. thank you Ezekiel Lords for stepping in like a pros pro. thank you Matthew Brown for a wonderfully produced record (and for being part of my own personal mythos). thank you Levi at BlackBelt Mastering for the icing on the cake. thank you Hard Rock Cafe Seattle for the serious professionalism and support - it really was an honor to work with you. thank you to the people who came from far away to see the show ( Andy Cook from spokane, Carrie Sullivan from the state of Georgia). thank you to the people who are buying the digital copy of the record (available at belowblackstar.bandcamp!) even though its free! thank you Post Adolescence for not only being a great band and cool people, but for being comrades. thank you Trip Like Animals for being an amazing band that blows me away every time i see you, and for sharing this very special night with us. thank you Amber Shine and Michael Crossley for lending your voices to saviour machine and destiny walks on... as always, the most important people to thank are the people who have supported us without much return for a long time now. the record is on us for the rest of the week. if you couldnt make the show and get a special edition hard copy, let us know and well get one to you (while they last!). you can download it from bandcamp in your choice of formats, too! from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so very much. the real work has just begun. -c.
