this is complex stuff, essential stuff and hard not to react polar to.....and whats happening now (and the very nature of legislation) is just one of the beginning moves in the changing of health care....in a southwestern wisdom metaphor, sort of similar to the ongoing process of building adobe structures...muddy, messy and ongoing...I hope that greater shelter over the long term will be a guiding goal...!
