Here, it is almost end of summer and a beginning of a new school year. It is difficult to churn out nutritious and healthy meals day in and day out. Trust me, I have been there. I start off with major resolutions of sending healthy lunches to Sonshine, a few days later, get into the same “sandwich” days.
