timeline: oct 31st- hubby and I witness altercation between teacher and student. physical and verbal. Luke tells us that he sees his classmates get pushed in the back by teacher to get away from her desk so he refuses to ask for help for fear of the same happening to him. notify principal. nov 6th- meeting regarding classroom incidents, altercation. teacher cries, counselor consoles her and supports her. things are put in place to give teacher additional help and training for classroom management. nov 18th- meeting. not much to say with this one. then you guys are up to date with the elf coming into the classroom. manipulative, disciplinarian elf. Friday - homework to apologize to elf for another kid touching him and taking away his magic. (Luke isnt doing that homework) Sunday - video Luke about his homework (because I think its ridiculous) and it comes out that she is yelling and pushing/shoving children away (this time in the students stomachs) from her desk again in class. on Friday. Im sorry, but i was never yelled at, pushed, etc. by a teacher in school, nor did I ever witness it. oh, did I mention Luke is in kindergarten? this is how he is viewing school. and now with a fear of authoritative figures. so, hope everyone is caught up. to be specific, she has never laid a hand on Luke, but that doesnt change the price of beans in Hawaii. she is being verbally and physically abusive towards her students. Im done. DONE.
