today has been super productive. I woke up eary and got my homework done. I went to work only to have two tables, but left with $128 in tips :)....I got a kiss from an old lady and a hug from a older gentleman at work for being the most wonderful guy All I did was take great care of a table who lost there dad on new years, and they just got done with a funeral. I made sure I talked to them and made sure I could do anything I could to make them have a better start too the new year. I hooked them up with a free desert after talking to them for like 30 minutes and that was when they started crying saying how great of a person and server I was. They gave me a $118 tip and gave me the hug and kiss.....It made my day knowing that I helped them in anyway I could and I didnt expect anything from them....losing someone is tough, escpecially around the holidays, if you get anything from this status give a loved one a hug and say I love you, because you never know when your time will come.
