wOw! The E A R T H Q U A K E D ! BIG! Strangest sensation of ALL of them Ive experienced... and the most damage to my stuff! Pictures in frames fell off living room bookcases and upstairs resting places, breaking glass. My vintage Hawaiian Lady bust from the 40s fell off the highest shelf ON TO THE HARDWOOD FLOOR and did not break! NOT A SCRATCH! whewwww~~~~ A large crystal fell in my room and chipped another vintage piece in its way.... though another breakable also fell but landed on a pillow! Pictures on walls all moved....chandeliers were swaying ~ ~ I felt dizzy and unstable for several minutes following. Usually I feel an unexplainable excitement deep within. This time I did not. I HOPE everyone everywhere is okay.... and not too many sentimental objects were damaged or lost. Not to mention structures. My house is built of redwood and cedar and has withstood many quakes in its 160 some years though the walls have fractured in several places and show it. I actually like the way they look like that and havent fixed them. Thats all.
