washburn/artists/feature/Balanean.html After taking 2nd place at W.O.A., we had a very pleasant surprise from Washburn, I am the proud owner of a brand new PX-Solar17DLXC Ola Englund Solar signature 7-string guitar. This is the first of its kind in Romania. After trying it, I must say its a monster of a guitar. It has a stealth modern look and feels quite exquisite right out of the box. The neck is very comfy with a huge hollow body for reaching the high notes that I dont do :)) I think the new evertune bridge is a must for metal guitarists because you can set it the way you want. For example, for rhythm parts you can lock the thick chords so that they are not bent, and for solos you can leave it normal so that you can go crazy with bending. Overall, this guitar did a fantastic job when we recorded the upcoming Dirty Shirt album “Dirtylicious.” Thank you, Washburn, for this amazing guitar.
