watching House MD while also watching some past World Winter games speedskating races on You Tube, one of my coaches who works with mostly me and another guy plus also helps some of the other athletes too once in awhile, but mostly me and another high level competitior told me to watch some of the videos while we are on break, I also plan to skate during our two week break might go to the ice arena in Gilbert, try to find a time when it is less crowded, I am doing the 111, 333, and 555 races this year, found one of the 5 lap race, still trying to find the shorter ones. Working hard to try to make it to the next World Winter games.
