we are living in a society now days where no matter how a childs behavior is the parents still rush out to buy $200 Jordans and the best school clothes... we are living amongst people who believe that parenting is filling a kid up with material things to patch up voids that are emotional... these parents have guilt maybe because they are single parents... or because their finances didnt afford the child a big fancy house ... so instead they work two and three jobs and kill themselves in order to pay phone bills for lil kids THAT DONT NEED THEM.... these children are in school making horrible grades... not because they are not support... not because they have a mental incapacity to learn but because they are LAZY AND THE RAP SONGS THAT THEY ARE LISTENING TO ON THE IPODS THAT THE PARENT PURCHASED.... is telling them about a good life where they dont have to work hard for anything .... and this is the generation that i have to look forward to providing me services... WAKE UP SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!! our youth are out of control... younger and younger they are becoming increasingly violent, DISRESPECTFUL, AND promiscuous!!! Instead of spending hard earned dollars on material things that keep your child empty.... Find a role model in your community that has built a life based on your childs likes and dislikes... Allow them to shadow that individual afterschool! Find things that you guys can do together. INVEST IN THEIR INTEREST INSTEAD OF THEIR APPEARANCE . SOME OF YOU PARENTS ON THE BOOK OR SOOOOO SUPERFICIAL ITS DISGUSTING TO WATCH.... help them understand a fulfilled life is more than trying to keep up with the JONES therefore they wont spend all of their time and resources in the act of consumption instead of Production..... #awordfromarealsmartQUEEN
