well this is kinda good news, it keeps the international contracts, such as treaties and trade agreements in place while not descriminating against a particular religion. But if it would have been upheld, atheist would have been able to successfully argue that based on the U.S. constitution, on several points, that christianity should also be excluded as well, no more bible in the government, no more consideration given to biblical notions of science being forced into curriculums and the sensitivities of the church would no longer be considered when shaping public policy AND would make them taxable!
