what I have learned today. Tim and Linda make a great team no matter what we do. these are from our date. This is the prep, the beginning of the stew, and the finish. we found a new place to shop for produce. I would have taken pictures but it says no photography. the salad was a wilted spinach salad with seared scallops and then orange vinaigrette with red onions. dinner was a Guinness beer Irish stew inside mashed potatoes. dessert was a coconut cream pie. Tim even had the genius to make todays dinner tomorrow dinner by turning it into shepherds pie yum yum. we had a 20 dollar budget. We went over by 4 dollars. we couldnt afford sea scallops, so we got the smaller size. More pictures to come
