Terms & Conditions · The above mentioned rates are applicable only for this Event. These rates may not be applicable for future Event at Leonia. · At the moment we are not holding any booking at the resort for your proposed event. The venue will be allotted as per availability only. The venues will be blocked on confirmation basis only after receipt of 50 % advance. · Leonia will be ready for Maximum 15% increase against the guaranteed no. of people, if the number increases more than 15%, additional charges over and above the finalized rate per person will be charged extra. In case of any reduction in the minimum guaranteed, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged. · Mandatory outside food items, soft drinks, liquor, Beer & AV Equipments are not allowed. Any breakage to the infrastructure or any other equipment during your event will be charged and amount collected in full before check-out. The amount chargeable is at our discretion as per cost involved in that infrastructure. · Outside vehicles(Busses/Heavy vehicles) are not allowed inside the resort. Guests can walkdown from main gate & board the busses from main gate itself. · Internal transportation (i.e. Electric buggies/Battery cars) will not be provided for day outing Guests, Only Senior Citizens/Pregnant ladies would be provided such kind of facilities/incase of any emergencies (Vehicles are subject to availability).. · Please be noted that any allowances/ offerings other than the above inclusions / negotiated rates cannot be honored with this confirmation Deposit and Mode of Payment: A non-refundable deposit, equal to 50% of the estimated event charge must be paid to the Hotel OR a Purchase Order to be raised to confirm the event. The balance must be settled at the time of check-out. All payments should be made in the name of “M/s Leo Hospitality Management Services India Private Limited”, Payable at Hyderabad Retention Charges: If there is a cancellation kindly inform before 24 hrs from the time of the event. Retention charges will be applicable as per policy of Leonia.
