לקוחות יקרים ברצוננו להביא לידיעתכם שרשות המכס בניגריה פרסמה לאחרונה תקנות חדשות המתייחסות למטעני יבוא למדינה. ראו מטה הודעה מחברת הספנות Safmarine. החל מ- 1 באוגוסט 2013 מטעני היבוא לניגריה שלא יתחילו תהליך התרה מכסי בתוך 15 יום מהגעתם לנמל, יחשבו כמשלוחים נטושים. המשלוחים יעברו למכירה פומבית על ידי רשויות המכס בתום 30 יום מתאריך ההגעה לנמל. על פי ההודעה כל החיובים כגון : דמי השהייה , שחרור ממכס , חיובי חברת הספנות וכיוצ"ב יהיו על חשבונו של השוגר והחיובים יועברו אליו.
