السودان Vacancies Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Co Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Company is looking for proactive & energetic candidates whom have the relevant educational background, competencies and experience to fill the following positions: “Financial Controller, Accountant, Project Planner, Senior Portfolio Analyst, and Senior Resource Planner and Controller” 1) Financial Controller Location: Khartoum Number of Vacancies: 1 - Main Duties & Responsibilities: Finance Management Conduct special studies to analyse complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control and action. Provides interpretation of financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory or customers financial regulations. Analyses financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly. Evaluates complex profit plans, operating records and financial statements. Assist the Finance Manager in plan, control and develop the company financial system Managing day to day accounting activities. Full control and analysis of P&L and balance sheet. Implement internal control system and act as focal person to internal & external Auditors Establish databases of pertinent information for use in analysing future plans and forecast. Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Analyse and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. This is to include identifying and managing dependencies across projects and programmes. Manages and maintains all programmes/projects and resources planning processes, ensuring that these processes are fit for purpose. Maintains and monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes and procedures, ensuring that they are carried out as per the company PM processes and standards for programmes/projects and to agreed levels of service or specific requirements of service agreements. Act in collaboration with the PMO leaders, project schedulers and cost controller to review and analysis Project resources loaded schedules and provide information to enables functional and project managers to determine the amount of flexibility they have over certain resources and assess the availability of manpower for projects internally and identify the need to recruit additional manpower. Act in collaboration with the Finance team to manage, monitor, track, analysis and update resource actual cost through mapping resources usage, using planning tools & techniques, such as Time Tracking System, to ensure optimum utilization and advice on resource clashes, shortcomings and cost variances. - MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE - Computer literate. - Advanced knowledge in MS Project, MS Project Server and/or Primavera 3 and 6 - Excellent knowledge in the PM Field. - Ability to work under pressure. - High problem solving skills. - 3-5 years of experience in relevant field. - MINIMUM QUALIFICATION - Degree in Engineering or business Administration or Human Resources or any relevant field. - Certification such as PMP, SMP, PRINCE 2, and MSP is an asset. - COMPETENCIES - MS Project. - MS Project Server. - Scheduling & resource management certification. - ERP systems.
