The ring was turned in to a local Pawn Shop in the north Sacramento area, who then contacted the Sheriff’s Department. The ring is an obviously worn 14K white gold ring with a clear stone on top and anchors on each side. We believe the ring to belong to a veteran of the United States Navy and hope to return it to its rightful owner.
