عن أبي هريرة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال فضلت على الأنبياء بست أعطيت جوامع الكلم ونصرت بالرعب وأحلت لي الغنائم وجعلت لي الأرض مسجدا وطهورا وأرسلت إلى الخلق كافة وختم بي النبيون I have been given virtue over the Prophets by 6 things.1. I have been given comprehensive speech , I have been aided by R’ub, The war bounty has been made halal for me. 5. The earth has been made a masjid for me and a means of purification. 6. I have been sent to the whole of mankind and the prophethood has been sealed with me حدثنا أنس بن مالك قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إن الرسالة والنبوة قد انقطعت فلا رسول بعدي ولا نبي Indeed Risalat and nubuwwat has indeed ended so there is no Prophet after me and there is no Nabi after me. , إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ مِنْ أُمَّتِي كَذَّابُونَ ثَلاثُونَ كُلُّهُمْ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ نَبِيُّ ، وَأَنَا خَاتَمُ الأَنْبِيَاءِ لا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي Soon there will be 30 big liars from my Ummah, each one will think he is a prophet. I am the seal of the prophets (final prophet) there is no prophet after me عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال كانت بنو إسرائيل تسوسهم الأنبياء كلما هلك نبي خلفه نبي وإنه لا نبي بعدي وستكون خلفاء تكثر In the bani israeel ....whenever a Nabi passed another Nabi would come in his place and there is no prophet after me, and soon there will be many Khulafa أن رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ : " أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى ، إِلا أَنَّهُ لا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي Rasulullah SAW said to Ali RA : You are to me like the position of Haroon AS to Musa AS except there is no prophet after me ، عَنْعَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَا خَاتَمُ الأَنْبِيَاءِ وَمَسْجِدِي خَاتَمُ مَسْجِدِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ Aisha RA says Rasulullah SAW said : I am the last (seal) of the prophets and my masjid is the seal of the prophets Masajid كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ، إِذَا وَصَفَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ ، وَقَالَ : " بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ خَاتَمُ النُّبُوَّةِ ، وَهُوَ خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّينَ " الكتب » الشمائل المحمدية للترمذي » بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي خَاتَمِ النبوَّة Ali RA : in between the shoulders of Rasulullah SAW was the seal of prophethood and he was the seal of the prophets (i.e the final Prophet) قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمإن لي أسماء أنا محمد وأنا أحمد وأنا الماحي الذي يمحو الله بي الكفر وأنا الحاشر الذي يحشر الناس على قدمي وأنا العاقب الذي ليس بعدي نبي وفي الباب عن حذيفة قال أبو عيسى هذا حديث حسن صحيح Rasulullah SAW said : Indeed i have many names: I am Muhammad and i am Ahmad, I am Mahi by whom Allah will wipe out Kufr, I am Haashir by who’s feet Allah will gather mankind and I am Aaqib after whom there is no prophet (Tirmizi) ويقول ملا علي قاري: ودعوى النبوة بعد نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم كفر بالإجماع ((شرح الفقه الأكبر)) (ص244) Mullah Ali Qari says in Sharh Fiqhul Akbar that the claim of Prophethood after our prophet SAW is Kufr by the consensus of the ulema
