MSF — Switzerland is looking for qualified candidates to fill the vacancies mentioned herewith, given that the working location is Khartoum Coordination Office with frequent movements to the fields. Position : Workshop Supervisor Project: Khartoum Coordination Office /Bahri Workshop with regular field trip with regular-field visit). Location: Khartoum, with frequent visits to the Field (all our projects in Sudan Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension , Salary: 2190 SDG per month scope of responsibilities In accordance with MSF procedures and in collaboration with the fleet responsible and or Logistics Coordinator, define, implement and plan servicing activities in order to ensure the smooth running of the garage and the missions’ vehicles and motorized engines as well as the efficient management of spare parts, stock and other associated consumables. Minimum requirements - Essential driving license and formal training in mechanics - At least 2 to 3 years experience in similar Jobs. - Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet). - Experience with MSF is an asset. - Ability to manage a team. delegate and work autonomous, ability for problem solving, very good communication, negotiation and organisational skills, flexibility, versatility, attention to detail, quick decision-making and prompt action, creativity, dynamism. All candidates must be: - Ready to start work immediately - Willing to respect the organizations charter and policy unconditionally - Willing to work flexibly - Good command of Arabic and English languages. - Should be willing to cooperating and work as a team member. - Willing to perform some duties in a remote area.
